the Cross Keys Inn

sundowners Bar and Games Room

The Cross Keys Inn was originally built in 1850 as the first railway station on the Horncastle to Skegness railway. There are plenty of car parking spaces and the busstop for the Horncastle to Louth bus route is just on the other side of the road. The Cross Keys Inn is a fully licenced Freehouse and serves a good selection of beers and ales. There's wheelchair access throughout and even a convenient ATM cash machine.

Landlord Ian Jenkinson and his partner Barbara Norton will make you feel welcome the moment you step into the bar.
In the games room you can play a game of pool, bar billiards or bar skittles in a relaxed atmosphere.

Don't miss visiting the Sundowners Lounge, a cosy bar decorated with a mural of an African sunset and lots of authentic African artifacts.

The African theme continues when you start to browse the extentive restaurant menu with tasty treats like Chicken Chiesa and Beef Mombie, but don't worry if you like your pies or traditional fish and chips...there's something for everyone at Plates Restaurant
